(Outer Reef Internet Cafe) has been serving the Eastern Cape community since
January 2009. We specialize in a Community Information Centre where we have built strong links to empower youth, and underprivileged adults in and out of school in obtaining skills in Information technology, business entrepreneurship and health and beauty skills. We believe strongly in education as strong medium to ensure a sustainable healthy growth in our society. The bottom line: "the more people earning a positive living, putting food on the table for there family shall be a direct result in a lesser crime ridden society.
